Refund Policy for Henderson Group Classes

Should you not be able to attend a class after signing up, a 100% refund is issued for all cancellations received in writing 14 days prior to start of class. If you need to substitute someone else in your place, you may do so at any time at no additional cost.

All approved refunds will be in the form of your choice: either a check made out to your company (or whoever paid us originally) in the amount of the class fee OR in the form of credit for the same or comparable classes.
